Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team at SR2 | Socially Responsible Recruitment | Certified B Corporation™. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the Product Development Process
    • Participate in the ideation and planning of new product features and enhancements
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop software solutions
    • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient software applications
  • Lead the Development of Reusable Components
    • Design and develop a reusable component library and design system
    • Ensure consistency and efficiency across all frontend projects
  • Collaborate with Product Manager and Product Designer
    • Work closely with the Product Manager and Product Designer to understand product requirements
    • Develop and maintain product documentation and technical specifications
  • Mentor and Support Junior Team Members
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
    • Help junior team members develop their skills and knowledge
  • Identify Opportunities for Improvement
    • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
    • Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in Typescript, React, NextJS, NodeJS, Express, and PostgreSQL
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in fullstack development
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
