We are excited to announce a vacancy within the Regeneration and Community Services division for an Urban Renewal Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be an integral part of the Regeneration Opportunities Team, assisting the Team Leader in the identification, development, and execution of urban renewal initiatives as outlined in the team's strategic plan.

Key Qualifications: A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is essential, along with practical experience in the realm of urban regeneration. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for site visits are mandatory.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management capabilities, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Note: Access to a vehicle for work-related travel is a requirement for this position. Comprehensive pre-employment screening will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.

This position may also be available as a secondment opportunity. Interested candidates should seek prior approval from their Line Manager before applying.
