Room Leader & Third in Charge Role

We are seeking an exceptional Room Leader & Third in Charge to join our team at Kido Imperial Windsor. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and education for our children. Your expertise and leadership will play a vital role in shaping the learning environment and experiences for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Plan and implement engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of all children
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of our nursery's curriculum and policies
  • Ensure the nursery is a safe and inclusive environment for all children and staff
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of up to £31,000 for full-time, 40 hours per week
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days after 5 years' service

Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role or as a senior educator in an Early Years setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents and colleagues
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and ability to implement it in practice
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the development of our nursery's curriculum and policies
