About the Role

As our Breakfast Chef, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional breakfast experiences to our guests. You'll be in charge of preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast dishes, ensuring that all standards are maintained for both made-to-order menu items and the breakfast buffet.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can showcase your culinary skills and contribute to the success of our renowned hotel.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a range of breakfast dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Manage the breakfast service efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
  • Assist with food preparation for lunch service as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements

While formal qualifications are not essential, you'll need a proven ability to confidently prepare and cook breakfast dishes. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are also crucial for success in this role.
