Job Title: Brand Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote / Chandlers Ford

Salary: £29,592

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team at Utilita Energy. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing nationwide marketing campaigns, community and charity activities, and partnerships outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement across digital channels, activation, community collaborations, and more.
  • Ensure brand continuity across all touch points and promotional activity, maintaining a strong brand image and reputation.
  • Support the creation of social content, identifying new opportunities to drive growth and engagement.
  • Maintain close relationships with Energy Hub teams, coordinating the delivery of POS materials and briefing design requirements in line with promotional calendars.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including PR, design, brand, and digital, to deliver growth and awareness objectives.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding people skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of the bigger picture.
  • Ability to take ownership from day one and drive projects forward.
  • Experience managing social platforms and email marketing channels is a bonus, with a strong understanding of analytical activity and reporting.
  • Passion for writing and messaging, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple and engaging way.
  • Previous experience working in a marketing role, retail, or charity background, or holding a marketing qualification, is advantageous.
