Production Operative Job Description

Pro-Found Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Production Operative to join our team in Louth, Lincolnshire. As a Production Operative, you will be working in a clean room environment handling garments for the scientific, manufacturing, factory, production, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packing and labelling boxes for shipment
  • Sorting and organizing garments for washing and cleaning
  • Participating in the washing and cleaning process
  • Meeting production targets
  • Manual handling

Benefits:

  • Location: Louth, Monday to Friday
  • Hours: Fixed days 6am to 2.30pm or fixed lates 2.15pm to 10.30pm, with some flexibility required
  • Pay: £12 per hour plus overtime paid at time and a half
  • Start date: Immediate starts available
  • Contract: Temporary ongoing
  • Free on-site parking

Requirements:

  • A strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Manual handling skills
