About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering projects across the UK for key clients in the Bespoke Machinery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, service, upgrades, and testing for high-precision CNC machinery
  • Work on-site with clients to deliver projects and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Field Service Engineer role
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machinery and precision engineering
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
