Menswear Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Menswear Designer to join our team at Success Talent. As a key member of our Apparel Team, you will be responsible for designing and developing both Licensed and Branded apparel collections in line with our client's ethos and global recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create seasonal collections for the Licensed and Branded apparel collections, working closely with our Head of Design, Products, and Product Management to create products that meet specific market needs and price point requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest sport and fashion trends globally, utilizing trade publications, trade fairs, trend services, fashion press/magazines, and market visits to ensure technical and commercial feasibility of designs.
• Develop and present design concepts, produce presentation materials in conjunction with design and product management teams to effectively communicate the concept behind the line for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with Headwear Designers to ensure alignment with the season's directions and maximize commercial opportunities.
• Work closely with the Apparel Development Team to ensure successful and timely handover of all relevant information needed for the product development process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in streetwear or branded sportswear, with a portfolio of original work that demonstrates skill and knowledge in design, trend awareness, and commercial feasibility.
• Strong understanding of the latest fashions globally, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to internal and external audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
