As an electrician within Atlantic Facilities & Maintenance Ltd., your duties will encompass both reactive and preventive maintenance for various commercial entities, including retail and service sectors. The ideal applicant will possess a robust background in project oversight, cost estimation, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and emergency lighting systems
  • Acquainted with fire safety alarms, access control systems, and data communication networks
  • Capable of conducting Fixed Wire & Periodic Inspections and Portable Appliance Testing
  • Expertise in general property maintenance and repair work

Candidate Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience
  • Educational credentials in electrical trades or equivalent qualifications
  • Additional competencies in access control, electrical assessments, emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, and more
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work autonomously
  • Proficient in computer usage and exceptional customer service skills
