Electrical Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead our electrical team and oversee the delivery of high-quality electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a team of electricians to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship.
  • Manage electrical projects up to £25K, including coordinating hired plant and operators.
  • Ensure compliance with NICEIC standards and maintain accurate records of work.
  • Develop and implement electrical strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • City and Guilds 2360 Part 1 and 2 qualifications for Electrical Installation.
  • City and Guilds 2391 Part 1 and 2 qualifications for Electrical Inspection Testing and Certification of Electrical Installations or equivalent.
  • A current City & Guilds electrical qualification to the latest edition of the electrical regulations or equivalent.
  • NVQ 3 or equivalent technical certificate in electrical engineering.
  • Achievement Level 2 (AM2) practical qualification.

Desirable Skills:

  • IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Ability to build and motivate effective teams.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A flexible working attitude and a can-do spirit with the customer at the heart of everything you do.
