About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join our team at Hays Construction and Property. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and proactive/reactive works to all mechanical systems in accordance with agreed service levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out PPM and reactive works to mechanical systems, including chillers, chilled systems, boilers, heating systems, air handling units, hot and cold-water systems, and building management systems.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete maintenance and servicing tasks.
  • Participate in an on-call rota for emergency call-outs and be flexible to work overtime.
  • Oversee contractors to ensure compliance and job completion.
Requirements
  • Relevant Mechanical/Engineering Certifications from a recognized institution.
  • Driving license.
  • Experience in a corporate environment.
