As a key member of the Central Environmental Services Operations Planning team, you will collaborate with various Group operating locations and the Commercial Contracts team to strategize and execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) for environmental and pollution prevention assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the planning team to generate weekly reports on PPM services.
  • Develop customer-specific PPM plans and tasks within the FocalPoint IT system.
  • Coordinate with clients to arrange engineer visits.
  • Enhance planning and scheduling processes to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Schedule PPM tasks in the FocalPoint IT system.
  • Work alongside the UK A&A Depot network to ensure timely booking of services.
  • Provide clients with reports on completed tasks.
  • Maintain accurate asset records.
  • Review job packs to identify necessary remedial actions.
  • Manage customer invoicing as directed by management.
  • Offer commercial support related to planning for proposals.
  • Assist in generating KPI and MI reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Update the group CRM database with pertinent information for accurate monthly reporting.
  • Process remedial and ad-hoc tasks as instructed.
  • Undertake any additional responsibilities as required.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Commercially astute with a strong understanding of business operations.
  • Capable of navigating various databases, including custom software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to convey information clearly in written formats.
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
