About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Design Evaluation Engineer to join our team at Analog Devices' Edinburgh Design Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative hardware and software measurement solutions for integrated circuit products, involving hardware design and software development.
  • Debug, evaluate, and characterize physical silicon, including creating characterization plans, collecting and analyzing data, and generating/presenting technical reports.
  • Collaborate with the global Evaluation Team to ensure best practices, knowledge sharing, and coordinated problem-solving.
Requirements
  • Strong technical background in mixed-signal electronics.
  • Good initiative and motivation in a challenging environment.
  • Understanding of PCB schematic and layout tools such as Cadence Allegro.
  • Experience in software development and automation using LabVIEW and Python.
  • Knowledge of communication protocols (SPI, I2C, etc.).
  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
