Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced administrator to provide support to the Administration Manager in the Neighbourhood Mental Health Team based at New Brook in Bromsgrove.
The successful candidate will have significant recent Administrative/Secretarial experience, with a minimum of 3 years experience, and will be educated to academic Level 3 in a Business Administration-related subject.
The role involves providing all aspects of admin support, including minuting of meetings, day to day running of the team, supervision, appraisal and performance related work.
Key Responsibilities- Providing support as required, including typing, data input, scanning, telephone cover, generic inbox management, liaison with patients and colleagues, appointment and diary management, maintaining accurate records, minuting of team meetings, day to day supervision of admin colleagues, and problem solving.
- Supervising and managing staff, minute taking experience, and knowledge of the full range of administrative/secretarial procedures.
- Understanding of the Data Protection Act and NHS Code of Confidentiality, and ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English in both verbal and written formats.
- 27 days leave plus bank holidays, increasing up to 33 days with long service.

- Educated to academic Level 3 in a Business Administration-related subject, and significant recent Administrative/Secretarial experience.
- Supervision/management of staff, minute taking experience, and knowledge of the full range of administrative/secretarial procedures.

- Advanced IT skills, and ability to demonstrate the ability to use initiative effectively.
