Key Duties:

  • Design, prepare, and deliver captivating and effective lessons tailored for Early Years students.
  • Establish a nurturing and stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Evaluate, document, and communicate the development, progress, and achievements of students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external organizations to enhance each child's learning experience.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • A recognized qualification in Early Years Foundation Stage or substantial experience in teaching within this framework.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework and the ability to implement it effectively in the classroom.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A strong dedication to delivering high-quality education and care for young children.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar role within a primary educational setting.
  • Awareness of recent advancements in Early Years education.
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
