About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team at TRCGroup. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Operate equipment in a consistent, safe, and efficient manner, following established standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve supply chain targets and improve processes.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Forklift Truck Licence (B1 Counterbalance) and Reach Truck experience desirable.
  • Basic numeracy skills and ability to work with IT systems, including WMS.
  • Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move products.
  • Foundation level of process trouble shooting.
