Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-operative testing, including preparing patients for examination and treatment, and assisting during the consent appointment process.
- Ensure patient discharging is completed efficiently, including instructing patients on post-procedure care, updating medical records, and making follow-up appointments.
- Perform laser technician duties, including preparation and calibration of lasers, data loading and transfer, and safe operation of equipment.
- Coordinate patient flow, manage queries, and ensure minimum waiting times for patients.
- Assist surgeons during consent appointments and treatments, including acting as a scrub assistant and taking notes.
- Participate in end-of-treatment day activities, update patient files, and compile reports for head office.
