Product Data Excellence Manager

This is a critical leadership role aimed at optimizing product performance, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and ensuring compliance with governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the annual review plan, the creation and maintenance of the product register and annual review dashboard.
  • Compile and analyze the annual reviews of each of our core lines of business, including open market products and schemes.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive product analytics strategies to assess performance, user engagement, and key metrics.
  • Analyze product data to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive product enhancements and innovation.
  • Lead the design and implementation of dashboards and reporting systems to track KPIs, ROI, and overall product success.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Establish and manage data governance policies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure product data quality, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Develop and maintain a product data governance framework, covering data ownership, security, privacy, and lifecycle management.
  • Regularly audit and monitor product data to identify and rectify potential governance issues.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of product analytics and data-driven decision-making.
