We are excited to announce an opportunity for a committed individual to step into the role of Assistant Manager at our residential service dedicated to activities and interventions. This position is crucial in providing support to vulnerable youth and fostering positive changes in their lives.

Position:
Assistant Manager

Location: North Wales

Salary: £34,000 per annum with assistance for relocation

Contract: Full-time, 39 hours per week

Qualifications:

  • NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People's Residential Services
  • Proven experience in a residential setting for children
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Minimum age of 21 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the residential home
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
  • Maintain high standards of care for the young residents
  • Contribute to placement and risk management strategies
  • Encourage and support young individuals in their daily activities, promoting their independence
