About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Executive to join our team at ARNE, a leading apparel and footwear brand. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end onsite customer journey, website and mobile app development roadmap, and improving conversion rates and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute an ecommerce strategy that maximizes productivity through the use of marketing KPIs, such as conversion rate, AOV, revenue, and site speed.
  2. Use customer data to map the ideal customer journey and manage the improvement roadmap to align with business key strategies.
  3. Manage the onsite AB testing project, constantly reviewing opportunities to improve PLP, PDP, homepages, filters, search, and checkout.
  4. Drive the evolution of our ecommerce strategy, aligning it with business aspirations, promotional activities, and insights from different teams.
  5. Manage and develop the Ecommerce team to have ownership of site trading and merchandising, ensuring prime product visibility, synchronised promotions, and optimised sales results and conversion.
  6. Collaborate with marketing, product, and buying teams to drive the efficiency of product selling and consistency between channels.
  7. Deliver insights in weekly trading meetings with multiple level stakeholders.
  8. Own the process documentation across all areas of the Ecommerce Team.
  9. Manage a growing Ecommerce team of 6 people, developing their skill set and driving personal growth.
Requirements
  1. Strong commercial growth mindset.
  2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
