Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at LM Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our employees and managers, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class customer service to our employees and managers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete HR administration tasks, including posting job adverts, processing new starters, salary and contract changes, and reporting to payroll.
- Monitor and respond to HR queries via email and phone, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Issue anniversary cards and manage long service awards, recognizing the hard work and dedication of our employees.
- Ensure HR folders contain accurate, up-to-date information, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Take minutes during HR meetings, capturing key decisions and actions items.
- Provide basic policy advice to staff and managers, ensuring that they are aware of and compliant with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in HR.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Outlook, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently and in teams, with a strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
