We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching Careers. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a wide range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and challenging behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively alongside Class Teachers and other Teaching Assistants to ensure all pupils receive the best possible levels of support.
  • Support pupils with varying levels of ASD, ADHD, and SEMH, as well as those who are non-verbal or require personal care.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized learning plans to meet the needs of pupils with SEN.
