Commis Chef Role at SSP Group

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commis Chef to join our dynamic team at SSP Group. As a Commis Chef, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, and maintaining exceptional food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in food preparation, including meat and vegetable preparation, and cooking completed dishes from the menu.
  • Help with deliveries, stock rotation, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization.
  • Collaborate with fellow chefs to ensure efficient food service and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
  • Provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
