We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team at Volvo Plymouth, a new dealership opening in late November. As a General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a controlled sales process, leading a team of sales executives, and driving sales performance.
About the Role
- Basic Salary: £40,000
- OTE: £55,000
- Excellent company benefits, including eligibility for a Volvo Company car
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives, including Assistant Sales Managers and support colleagues
- Develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales
- Ensure the highest ethical standards are upheld in all sales activities

- A proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability, and operating efficiency
