**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to lead our web content strategy across blogs, newsletters, and video. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing a team of writers, copywriters, and videographers to ensure high-quality content that aligns with our digital marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across all brands, including new legal and accountancy brands
* Oversee the creation, editing, and publication of high-quality written and video content, ensuring adherence to grammar and SEO best practices
* Establish and monitor content performance metrics, using insights to optimize strategies for growth
* Collaborate with the SEO Director to test and implement content changes in line with evolving best practices

**Requirements**

* Proven content management/publication experience for digital-first companies who rely on organic positioning on Google
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a content management/publication role
* Experience of writing long form and short form articles for publication on technical and non-technical topics
* Impeccable written English language skills
* Significant experience of publishing articles using WordPress (desirable)
* Bachelor's degree
