Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Supervisor - Electrical and Instrumentation to join our team at Dalkia Energy Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems on our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise E&I Work: Ensure the successful completion of electrical and instrumentation work on site, meeting timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify that all E&I activities comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Facilitate Communication: Coordinate between site field and back-office teams and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide Technical Expertise: Offer technical guidance for the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including work logs, progress reports, and incident reports.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360) or equivalent.
  • Health and Safety Training: Completion of relevant health and safety training programs.
  • Education: GCSE passes in Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing E&I projects in industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, or industrial manufacturing.
  • Skills: Supervisory skills, including delegation, performance management, and conflict resolution. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and instrumentation drawings and schematics. Inspection and testing 2391.
Working Relationships
  • Internal: Interface with site supervision and other team members across all trades.
  • External: Interface with Client Representatives, Service Providers, Sub-Contractors, and Material Suppliers.
