OCS Group is seeking a dedicated Sanitation Specialist to become a vital part of our enthusiastic and committed team within the Integrated Solutions Division. In this role, you will be tasked with maintaining cleanliness in office environments, including restrooms and kitchen facilities, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Opportunities for career advancement within Facilities Management are available, along with apprenticeship programs to facilitate your professional growth.
Your working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 17:30 to 20:30, totaling 16 hours per week, in a permanent part-time capacity.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning all designated areas of the facility, including office spaces, common areas, staircases, kitchens, and restrooms, while ensuring that cleanliness standards are consistently upheld.
- Completing all necessary training to effectively perform your duties. BiCs License to Practice training will be provided to enhance your skills.
- Conducting deep cleaning tasks as required, with comprehensive training offered to support you.
- Performing equipment checks, managing stock requests, and following all procedures necessary for the effective execution of your role.
- Utilizing technology to document cleaning activities, with full training and support provided.
About You:
- Prior experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory, as thorough training will be provided.
- Familiarity with COSHH regulations and manual handling techniques is advantageous.
- BPSS and right to work checks will be conducted.
- SC clearances may be necessary for specific areas.
