We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Waiter to join our team at Malmaison. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a section of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and high standards of quality.
  • Develop and lead a team of commis waiters, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and F&B Manager to ensure smooth and controlled dining experiences for our guests.
  • Manage guest expectations, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.
