Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Management professional to join our team at Equal Approach Ltd. As a Technical Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for delivering projects in line with clear objectives and making decisions to manage stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside a multi-skilled team to deliver projects to time, cost, and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring timely completion of project tasks and deliverables.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand project needs and goals, while demonstrating company core values.
  • Develop a clear understanding of safety management systems and best practices, ensuring project teams align with our safety culture.
  • Lead Large Capital Projects, delivering substation, overhead line, and cable projects ranging in value from £10m to £2bn.
  • Gain real hands-on experience on our key sites, build an invaluable network, and develop a unique set of skills.
  • Work in a structured yet challenging development programme, with the support of the Learning and Development team and a business mentor.
  • Be assigned a Project Manager to help manage day-to-day activities on site, ensuring you get the breadth of knowledge and experience to complete your training.
Requirements
  • Hold a full UK Driver's Licence, or be in the process of learning to drive, as there will be a requirement to travel to a number of our project sites.
  • Be flexible in your approach to work to maximise your chances of success, and happy working alone or as part of a team.
