Join Our Team as a Bar and Waiting Team Member

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Bar and Waiting Team Member to join our team at Loungers. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

The Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every guest has a memorable experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team and other staff members to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and drinks offerings.
  • Upsell and promote our products and services to increase sales and revenue.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
