We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audit Assistant Manager to join our team at Michael Page Finance. As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for completing audit and accountancy-based assignments for our clients and supporting the wider Audit & Assurance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare statutory accounts for limited company clients, including files for Manager review.
  • Plan, coordinate, and complete audit assignments and accounts work.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure we obtain all necessary information.
  • Ensure full completion of audit or accounts files for Manager review is complete in an appropriate timescale and within budget.
  • Prepare other accounts, such as pension schemes, charities, and partnership clients, together with files for Manager review.
  • Prepare quarterly management accounts from client records.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments, such as Corporate Finance assignments, cash flows, business forecasts, and system reviews.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or on route to becoming qualified.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A dedicated team player willing to assist colleagues within the team.
  • Able to prioritize workloads under strict deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Able to use initiatives and have great organization/problem-solving skills.
  • Keen to become part of a dynamic team.
