About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our ecommerce team at our National Distribution Centre in Wolverhampton. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the achievement of ecommerce sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality, efficient, and effective customer service via telephone and online communication channels.
  • Respond to pre and post-purchase enquiries, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Process telephone and email orders accurately, maintaining high standards of data entry.
  • Offer confident advice on products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in telesales and/or customer service.
  • Ability to utilise multiple workspace systems, ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Confident user of IT and computer systems across a multi-monitor workspace.
  • Interest or experience within the automotive industry or motorsport advantageous but not essential.
