Fire Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Consultant to join our team at Brandon James Ltd. As a Fire Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our nationwide projects with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Developers, and Colleges.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct complex risk assessments, type 1-4
* Develop and implement retrospective fire strategies
* Provide expert advice on building safety casework
* Conduct PAS 9980 assessments
* Perform fire risk appraisals
* Conduct external wall fire risk appraisals
* Inspect fire doors
* Prepare strategy reports (retrospective and pre-construction)
* Stay up-to-date with Approved Document B and latest regulations

Requirements:

* Institute of Fire Prevention Officer (IFPO) certification
* Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM) certification
* Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE) certification
* MIFireE certification (desired)
