We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our client, a bespoke food manufacturer, as General Manager. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production, managing a team of Production Manager, Planning Manager, and Technical Manager, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of production managers to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve product quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee procurement and stock control to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Collaborate with the planning manager to optimize production schedules and meet customer demands.
- Work closely with the technical manager to maintain and improve product attributes and production efficiencies.
