About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Fortwilliam Specialist Dental Clinic, part of Bupa Dental Care. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent patient service and ensuring the smooth running of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression and patient journey
  • Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, and updating patient records
  • Coordinating care packages for patients provided by our clinicians
  • Confidently promoting and upselling Bupa Dental Care products and services
  • Excellent customer service skills face-to-face, telephone, and via email
  • Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
  • Handling payments and accessing sensitive information while maintaining patient confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Ability to be positive and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous administration or receptionist experience, preferably within a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication skills face-to-face, via telephone, and email
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook, with overall strong organization skills
  • Previous experience with promoting company products and services
