Quality Systems Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Systems Manager to join our team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Quality Systems Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Quality Management System (QMS) and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration and management of the eQMS, document management, and learning management systems.
  • Oversight and coordination to ensure the quality and timely management of change controls, deviations, CAPAs, self-inspections, complaints, product quality reviews, training, and the quality risk register.
  • Authoring and implementing QMS procedures, and planning and conducting internal audits and self-inspections.
Requirements:
  • Proven industry experience in the operation of quality systems in a pharmaceutical quality-related role.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, GCP, and QMS principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
