Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales/Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives
- Work closely with our commercial teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including website, email, and paid advertising
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with our sales team to develop targeted sales strategies and tactics
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong track record of driving business growth and revenue
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices, including digital marketing and social media
