About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Priory Group. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the provision of high-quality food services to our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Assist catering staff with meal preparation and cooking, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Under the direction of senior staff, take responsibility for parts of the catering operation, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Ensure that the kitchen and associated areas meet operational hygiene standards and comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Basic numeracy and literacy skills, with an appreciation of basic food hygiene.
Experience in a catering environment is not essential, as full training will be provided.
