About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our Sales Recruitment division, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Events, Media, Professional Services, and Business Intelligence sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Support the growth and development of a team of Business Development Managers and Business Development Executives

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000, plus uncapped OTE of £15,000
