About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality major projects across various sectors, with a focus on Fire and Security solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of integrated Fire and Security projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest professional standards.
  • Work closely with customers to deliver an end-to-end process, planning direct and indirect onsite resources, and ensuring Health and Safety performance.
  • Conduct regular safety and quality audits on site, monitoring Health & Safety of allocated staff and Sub-Contractors, and ensuring compliance with all legislation.
  • Manage and conduct commercial negotiations, enforcing contract terms as required by the project.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing large and multiple concurrent projects within the Fire and Security industry.
  • Working knowledge of mainstream Fire, Access Control, CCTV systems, and networking, with demonstrable knowledge of CDM Regulations and managing Health & Safety on site.
  • Ability to produce Risk and Method Statements, manage and influence internal & external stakeholders, and review contracts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
