Procurement Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Retrack Personnel Holdings Limited. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services.
  3. Manage supplier performance and negotiate contracts to achieve best value.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.
  6. Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize stock levels and optimize supply chain efficiency.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:


• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.


• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.


• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.


• Ability to travel as required.
