Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Care Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to our clients in Hertfordshire and Essex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and assist with medication management
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Requirements

  • No prior social care experience is necessary, but a caring and compassionate nature is essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Resilience and willingness to learn new skills and develop knowledge

  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.50 - £15.65 per hour
