About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Engineer to join our Gallium Nitride (GaN) R&D team at Nexperia Germany GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development and production of GaN devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead electrical results analysis and parametric probe testing to ensure high-quality GaN devices.
  2. Design and implement dashboards to monitor yield across the supply chain and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Conduct yield analysis and oversee lot disposition to optimize production processes.
  4. Investigate and resolve low-yield issues with stakeholders, driving yield improvement and cost reduction activities.

Requirements:

  1. Master's Degree or equivalent in Experimental Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, with a PhD preferred.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in power semiconductor devices, ideally wide band gap GaN HEMTs.
  3. Industrial experience in yield or product engineering is highly desirable.
  4. Excellent communication and influencing skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
