  • Provide comprehensive technical support for end-user devices, addressing both hardware and software challenges.
  • Administer and support Windows 10/11 operating systems and associated applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile devices, including BlackBerry and iPhones.
  • Assemble, configure, and repair End User Computing (EUC) hardware components.
  • Execute data backup and recovery procedures.
  • Operate within virtual environments, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and VPN setups.
  • Maintain detailed records of support activities and ensure effective communication with users.
  • Follow ITIL methodologies and operate within an ITIL framework.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Solid understanding of IT fundamentals, including Networks, Hardware, and Domains.
  • Proficient in essential software applications, such as MS Office and Lotus Notes.
  • Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for end-user devices.
  • Familiarity with data backup strategies and virtual environments.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with users.
  • Capable of working independently with a logical and analytical approach.
  • Excellent time management and record-keeping abilities, with a commitment to quality work.

Certifications:

  • CompTIA A+ and MCP/MCSE certifications are preferred.
  • DELL certification is an advantage.
  • Understanding of ITIL practices and experience in an ITIL environment is beneficial.
