Night Porter

About the Role:

We are seeking a Night Porter to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Westerwood Spa & Golf Resort. As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for managing the reception during the night, greeting guests upon arrival, and ensuring all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the reception during the night, greeting guests and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Deal with guest enquires and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
• Work with minimum supervision and take initiative to resolve issues.
• Provide exceptional guest service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Requirements:

• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Courteous and pleasant attitude.
• Conflict resolution experience.
