Reporting directly to the Director of Firmwide Technology Support, this role will be responsible for providing exceptional technical services to our legal professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and a proven track record of managing and developing successful technology support teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for user issues across various technologies, including desktop computing, software applications, and network connectivity.
  • Develop and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and efficient delivery of technology support services.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled technology support professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our technology support offerings.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including IT infrastructure, security, and legal operations, to ensure seamless integration and support across the firm.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technology support teams in a professional services environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, applications, and networking technologies.
  • Strong understanding of remote computing environments and troubleshooting techniques.
