We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join our team at a 1 form entry Primary School in South Gloucestershire. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering Maternity Leave from November and will be working closely with other Class Teachers and Teaching Assistants.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that align with the national curriculum.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to provide inclusive learning opportunities for all pupils.
- Develop and maintain a safe and caring learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with other KS1 Teachers and staff members.
- Hold great knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and be able to differentiate lessons well.
- Have a great understanding of phonics and spelling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
