About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our team at BetterUp. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives and reach breakthrough performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design: Develop a deep understanding of our solution and present it to prospective customers, highlighting how BetterUp can help organizations achieve their goals.
  • Insights & Value: Partner with the customer success team to bring to life the impact of BetterUp on organizations, analyzing and connecting qualitative and quantitative data to inform overall strategy and add value to our partners.
  • C-Level Consulting: Perform professional discovery, presentation, communication, and influencing skills to C-Level Executives, interfacing with and selling to the office of the CHRO and CFO.
  • Prioritization & Project Management: Manage multiple customer deliverables and stakeholders concurrently, prioritizing the most important and impactful work, delivering with top quality.
Requirements
  • Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of behavioral science and HR, with a focus on Talent Development or Talent Management, L&D, and OD.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Experience engaging stakeholders at the executive level, with strengths in verbal and written communication, building and delivering presentations, and storytelling.
  • Data Analysis: Expertise and comfort working with quantitative and qualitative data, including basic statistics, examining patterns, and developing recommendations based on data.
  • Agility: Ability to adapt and adjust to the market, the state of the organization, and quickly shifting priorities.
