About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Vehicle Mechanic/Fitter to join our team at Stagecoach Andover Depot. As a key member of our Engineering Team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing our modern and varied fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair heavy vehicles, including buses and coaches, to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations, to prevent breakdowns and extend vehicle lifespan.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues, working with a range of vehicle systems and components.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve overall performance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
