Workshop Plant Fitter

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Workshop Plant Fitter to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the timely delivery of top-quality machinery to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced environment, prioritizing safety and mutual respect.
  • Contribute to the efficient maintenance and repair of construction equipment.
  • Identify and address any defects promptly or escalate them to the Workshop Foreman for further action.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in plant maintenance and repair.
  • An NVQ2 certification in Plant Maintenance is preferred, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Possession of the necessary tools for the role.
  • A strong desire to learn and develop new skills within the company.
  • A commitment to honesty, respect, flexibility, and reliability.
